Project Management
Are you looking for someone to manage your project from initiation to execution and handover? Whether you would like me to take over each and every step of the process from design, calculation, project planning and logistics to execution and handover or just need a hand with a few of these components, you can count on me for making sure your project is executed according to plan. I keep a close eye on budget and timing, while working with my extensive network of trusted suppliers or, if you want, your own preferred suppliers.
Floor Management
Need an extra pair of eyes and ears to make sure everything runs smoothly? You can fully focus on your own role, whilst I manage the day to day operations, check on the project setup, keep an eye on planning, and solve any last minute issues should they occur.

DESIGN
You can always supply me with your own design for your stand. However, if you don’t have a design yet, I am happy to choose the perfect fit for you from my extensive network of trusted designers who will turn your specific wishes into a custom design for your stand.
Build
Whichever part of the world you have an exhibition and whatever your wishes are, I will provide you with a builder for your stand. With my trusted partners all over the world, you can leave it up to me to make sure you get value for money without having to deal with negotiations or emails back and forth yourself. When you work with me, you have one point of contact as I will take managing the different suppliers fully of your hands.
SHOW SERVICES
I will order all of the show services related to the build of your stand, so you don’t need to worry whether you have an adequate power supply or if your internet connection is up to par.
Planning
Planning, organizing and coordinating are in my blood and I like to make sure things run smoothly. You can count on me for both making your project planning, keeping a close eye on the timeline and making adjustments if and when necessary.
Handover
All preparations have been made and it’s showtime. If you prefer, we can do an onsite handover, so you are up to speed with everything and are sure that you can give your best during the exhibition.
