After finishing my studies in Media & Entertainment Management with a specialization in Event Management, I started my first job in the exhibition industry, purely coincidentally. Project management
Project management from project initiation till execution. I will manage every step of the process from design, calculation, project planning and logistics to execution and handover. Whether you would like me to take over each of these components or just need a hand with a few of them, I will make sure your project is executed according to plan while keeping a close eye on budget and timing. Over the years I have built an extensive network of trusted suppliers, but if you want, I am also more than happy to work with your own preferred suppliers.
Floor management
As a floor manager I will be your extra eyes and ears on the floor to make sure everything runs smoothly. I will take managing day to day operations, checking on the project setup, keeping a close eye on planning and solving last minute problems that might occur off your hands completely.
